Dear Mr. Iraz,

Thank you so very much for a wonderful guided tour. You sent us the best English guide, Taner!!! He was fabulous, very fluent and very knowledgeable with the points of interests. We love the 13 passenger van air conditioned van for the two of us. We got there very early and were ahead of the big crowds and this was fabulous. Ufuk, the driver was very nice and was great driver being so on time. We were able to see very well the sights we wanted to see.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the passenger, and us.

By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms affect your rights to sue, governing law, forum, and jurisdiction; please be sure to carefully read these terms and make sure you understand your rights and obligations and our rights and obligations.

1)RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Tour Deposit: A deposit of 30% per person is required to secure your reservation. To secure reservations on a trip departing within 45 days, a full payment is required by credit card at the time of booking.

For all tours, final payment must be received in full by us at least 45 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated. Reservations will be cancelled if final payment is not received by the due date and cancellation charges will apply.

2)CHANGES ON THE ITINERARY
For changes made to your reservations from 30 to 10 days prior to departure, that affect arrival city, program extensions, room categories and/or passport name changes, a $100 per-change in administrative fees apply. Changes to departure date or destination from 9-4 days prior to departure may incur cancellation fees.

We regret that we cannot accept changes to reservations within 4 days of departure. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3)CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation. All payments for travel services not provided to the passenger shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with us cancellation policy.

Administrative Fee: There is a non-refundable fee of 10% of total amount of the tour package per person. This low fee reflects only our costs of administering a reservation, and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Refunds will be processed 10 days after our receipt of your written cancellation and travel documents. Please note that if you cancel 7 days or less prior prior to the scheduled date of departure, you will not receive any refund.
